As it happens, this site has two sets of pages, one that was viewable before the 1999 Conference, and the other which was intended as a temporary page, a "holding" page if you will. The intent was that when the new webmaster took over, he or she would overwrite the temp file with their newest content, and store the older pages to the archive. Unfortunately, circumstances conspired against us, and the site went down for a long time.

As this is being written, the RainCoast 2002 event is being planned, and the chances of a permanent Committee is looking good, as are also the chances of a permanent website.

These two links will take you to both sets of pages, so you get the full historical value of the site, frozen in antiquity for all time.
