Raincoast 2002 Conference Registration Page

Fee Schedule:
A fee schedule has been set for the 2002 Conference.  As in years past, those who register early will pay a lower amount than those who wait until the last moment.  The schedule looks like this:

Early Registration

Ended on October 10, 2002

Timely Payment, and Method:
Merely sending in your Registration form will not suffice to meet the deadline shown above.  Your Conference fee payment, in the form of either a check or a money order, must be received in our Post Office Box no later than 5:00pm on the 10th of October.  This will allow us the necessary time to prepare the paper work and have it ready for you when you check in on Friday or Saturday.  We are sorry to note that we cannot accept credit cards this year.  Nevertheless, Uncle Sam's Green Stamps are always good at our Registration Desk, should you need to use them.

Cancellations:
We have now passed the cutoff date (Sept 3rd) for refunds due to cancellation.  If you have already paid your registration fee, and you decide that you cannot attend the Conference, we are sorry, but we will not be able to issue a refund.

FORM ERRORS:
The following form is nothing more than an automated email generator.  Some browsers, notably Internet Explorer in all of its versions, cannot handle this method of sending email, so these instructions are for you.

If you experience difficulties sending this form, please open your email program and start a new message.  You'll be sending this new message to "registrar@raincoast.info".  Then, just copy the names beside each of the fields into that new message, and supply your information as appropriate.  Your subject line should say "Raincoast Registration Form".  We sincerely hope that you don't need to use this backup method, but several people have experienced problems, so this is the 'official' workaround.


This is the Official Registration Form for the Raincoast 2002 Conference.  Please fill it out and submit it as soon as you've determined that you will be attending the event.  You will be billed according to the schedule above by our Treasurer. Please also note that there is no 'confirmation' screen immediately following the submittal of this form.  You will receive an email from the Registrar in one or two days, possibly sooner.
